Montage

An idea can only exist in ones mind through past experiances, its impossible to create an idea without previous knowledge that relates to it, so in this way i created a montage of all the things that gave me the idea for my 1 minute animation. Of course i will elaborate on it on the presentation coming up

Hmmm...

I got a confession to make. Im re-writing my story board with a different environment. -Pulls a slanted face-

Having researched over the week, i realised that my robot would be better off in an environment that changes as he moves from scene to scene. Giving the viewers that element of surprise. Certain objects and props will be used in the scene that relates to the environment on the next scene, which also provides anticipation which is a part of good slap stick comedy. As we havnt got a 30 minute long animation to prepare it will be a challenge to make anyone laugh in a minute or under, so an environment with more character will give my animation a memorable effect. Hopefully :P

My thoughts in a rough sketch. Storyboard

Embarrasing sketches! But fresh from my mind. I guess thats what matters , right?
The rest of my storyboard will be up soon on my next post. Just waiting for inspiration to strike me.
